Re-launching T-kash, Telkom’s Financial Services

To re-launch their financial services offering, we came aboard as Strategy Execution Partner to bring customer centricity, design, and tech resources to the team.

The Challenge

After a strategic change of direction, Telkom re-launched their T-kash financial services product. How do you re-introduce a financial services product in the home of fintech innovation?

Our Approach

Telkom partnered with Marathon to provide a multi-functional execution team to accelerate the re-launch while committing to a customer centric approach.

We conducted design research which included in-depth qualitative interviews with customers and non-customers, journey mapping, and value proposition mapping. This culminated in our design, development, and launching a new T-kash app in the span of three months.

The Outcome

Marathon designed and delivered a mobile app in both IoS and Android. Key features are simple intuitive layout, fewer clicks, marketplace framework to support quick partner on-boarding, referral and loyalty features, and access to telco features.
